The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal has scheduled the first Case Management Conference for the Loyalty Penalty Claim to take place this year.

The first CMC is scheduled to take place on 23 May 2024 at 10.30am. The joint CMC will be available for livestream on the Tribunal website for public viewing. More information about the first CMC will be added to this website at a later date.
